Welcome to the November Wellbeing Challenge

Over the month of November I invite you to think proactively about your wellbeing, in the lead up to December and then ticking into some new digits (2025!!!) it is important we keep our wellbeing at the forefront. I am hoping that a Wellbeing Challenge will inspire you to do so.

How does it work?

You will see that there are 12 tasks set out, each task gets you points, you keep a track of your points and then you log them with me through a form. You will log your points twice.. Whoever gets the most points, wins a prize! There are actually 3 prizes up for grabs for 1st, 2nd and 3rd - and then some spot prizes as well.

Closer to November you will be sent a reminder that we are about to start the challenge, along with the guide and

Are there rules?

Yup, there are a few rules and limitations. For example you can only get the “Swim in the ocean” points twice across the whole month, you can only log one walk a day (even if you go on multiple) , and you can only read up to 4 fiction books in the month. More of those details will be attached with the wellbeing sheet. The rules are there to make it fair, some of us have more access to resource than others, which includes time and money. I want everyone to have a fair shot, and also - the point isn’t to do as many as possible, it is make caring for yourself intentional.

What are the prizes?

1st prize = 6 sessions with me (valued at $810) + a goody bag

2nd Prize = 4 sessions with me (valued at $540) + a goody bag

3rd prize = TBC + a goody bag

There are also some cool spot prizes up for grabs as well..
